1) Log into your WHM.
2) Look for a link that says "Password Modification" under the Account Functions
header.
3) You should see something like this:
Click on the account which needs to have the password reset and type in the
new password in the "New Password" Field and click Change Password.
4) Next scroll down to the "Cpanel 6" header and click "Synchronize FTP
Passwords".
After this the password should be reset.
