Log in to your WHM.
Look for the header that says Dns Functions.
For Park or Point a Domain click the link and you should see this:
From here you can park a domain on a client's account so they both go to the same
place.
A better way to set this up would be to e-mail support and request parked
domains to be enabled in the client's account so you can then park the domain in
their cpanel.
List Parked Domains will list all the parked domains for all
your client's account.
Add a DNS Zone is to make a dns zone for a domain. You will probably only need
to do this if you deleted the dns of a client.
Once you click the link you will see this below. From there type in the account
ip (you can get this from the list account's area) and their domain and click
"Do it" It will then make the dns zone.
For Edit an MX Entry
Click the link Edit an MX Entry and you should see this:
Click the client's domain and click edit.
You will then see this:
From there you can edit the MX entry. You probably will not need to do this unless
the client requests it.
For Edit a DNS Zone
Click the Edit a DNS Zone link and you should see this:
Click the client's domain and click edit.
You will then see the content of the DNS zone. You will probably not need to
make any changes in here unless the client requests it.
For Delete a DNS Zone
Click the Delete a DNS Zone and you should see this:
From here click the domain and click Delete. After that the zone will be
deleted.
