Configuring Pegasus Mail 4.02 For Your Account.

1. Open Pegasus Mail 4.02
2. If you are using Pegasus Mail 4.02 for the first time you will get this prompt.



3) To continue click 'Next >'
4) You will see something like the following:



5) Enter your e-mail address for the e-mail account you are setting up. IE john@MyDomain.com
6) Next you will see the following:



7) Make sure to replace mail.yourdomain.com with your actual domain.



8) Next put in your account username in the format listed above. If this account is your main e-mail account you can just put in your account's main username and password. You should see this:



This can be safely ignored.

9) You will then see this:



Put in the same thing for the pop setting.
9) After this, Pegasus Mail will ask how you connect to the internet.



10) After answering the question you will be done setting up Pegasus Mail.



At this time you should check and see if you can send and receive e-mail.
If you can not receive e-mail you can try the following:

Go to Internet options from the tool menu.



From there click "Sending (SMTP)" and try a combo of the 2 boxes around the red border.



If this still does not allow you to send e-mail, it is suggested you put in your ISP's SMTP servers.
If this not work for you it is suggested that you use another e-mail client.
